primary outcome for workday/day programming. Not yet focusing on Consumer
outcome. Trying to standardize these systems. Children's have been pretty
much set for birth -3.

being compared due to different population. Hope to be compared to ourselves
and our own baseline.
C. Relocation:
Planning sessions. St. Kaletas/Bethesda and state centers. More info next
month. Trying to narrow it to number of individual. Guardians are reluctant,
challenged to display that community settings are safe. We need to revisit
this again.
